We deliver turnkey construction projects, including implementation documents and static design calculations. From ground breaking to handing over the keys to your project, all work is performed according to your specifications, including a time and cost guarantee. 3. Remodeling and Rehabilitation

The scope of our work also includes underpinnings, support bracing, and wall openings, including all necessary static calculations. We rehabilitate, drain and dry out wet walls, and perform plaster, facade and concrete rehabilitation work.


4. Structural Engineering

In addition, we have specialized in structural engineering, such as small pedestrian bridges, seawall construction and seawall rehabilitation, plus support bracing using concrete and steel designs.

5. Energy-Saving Rehabilitation

Energy consumption, particularly in older buildings, can be greatly reduced through effective heat insulation measures. This helps with energy savings and provides an important contribution to protecting our climate. In cooperation with you, we will gladly prepare a checkup and initial review of your home’s energy status, without any obligations and free of charge. We conduct these reviews as part of the independent, nationwide campaign “Benefitting from your home rehabilitation!” by the German National Foundation for the Environment (Deutsche Bundesstiftung Umwelt, DBU) in cooperation with the local trades and businesses. You will receive an informative brochure which can help you with planning your rehabilitation project.

As part of the energy-saving rehabilitation measures, we prepare a rehabilitation concept for you, and we also handle the planning and implementation of all necessary measures, such as building shell insulation, energy-saving rehabilitation of basement walls, heat insulation integrated systems, and window replacements. Here too, we work exclusively with proven partners.

6. Consulting

As part of the turnkey construction projects, we prepare the pre-planning, construction permit planning, implementation documents and static calculations. Upon request, we also perform the accompanying consulting in terms of technical, economic, and construction operations of those projects which we don’t generate ourselves.
